  5. News Rover is the ultimate tool for browsing Usenet newsgroups and managing
  6. personal messages.  News Rover automatically scans newsgroups, downloads
  7. messages you want, decodes attachments, rebuilds split-message attachments,
  8. eliminates duplicate files, and even produces a thumbnail picture gallery
  9. of JPG images for your quick review.  You can also post messages to
  10. newsgroups, send and receive personal Internet e-mail messages.  Integrated
  11. filing cabinet functions make it easy to catalog, store, and review
  12. messages and files of interest.  Using include and exclude expressions and
  13. specifying which newsgroups are searched, you direct News Rover to the
  14. information you want and filter out the noise you don't.

  19.                 INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

  21. To install News Rover, run the SETUP program.  Wizard screens will
  22. guide you through the initial setup.  Then, simply click on the News
  23. Rover icon or click the Start button on the taskbar.

  25. The installation process uses many resources.  You should exit all
  26. other tasks before running SETUP.  If you experience any installation
  27. error, rebooting your system will probably clear up the problem.
